Smart Choice Construction and Roofing was founded upon a simple yet challenging goal to be the one-stop shop for all exterior needs in the Fayetteville area. Our founder, JC Davis, took their years of experience in the roofing industry, values of transparency, quality, communication, and customer satisfaction, and built Smart Choice Construction and Roofing to raise the bar in customer care and service quality.
JC Davis got into the family construction business because he was quite handy in many aspects of construction, and he didn’t visualize himself as an office worker. In 2002, new opportunities presented themselves as he started working with a lot of new builders for new construction homes. Eventually, as he got into roofing replacement, he would get asked to do roofing jobs for other companies, and he found his niche in roofing where he has been specializing ever since then.
